Alright, so I haven't blogged in awhile but I do  know that I've been busy! But thank god it's summer!!!! Alright so I have a few things to inform you guys about, some new stuff happening, and a carreer change! (... I think I spelled carreer wrong... oops)

"Doctor Who" news time! In the newest issue of DWM (I live in the USA so this might not be too new...) there are whole atricles on the new companion played by Jenna-Louise Coleman. Yes, that's right we're saying goodbye to the Ponds/Williams and we're saying hello to somebody new!

I dunno how I'll feel about having somebody that isn't giner but I really think it all depends on how Jenna-Louise's companion is like.

I'm sad to see the Ponds leave the TARDIS but I knew that it would have to happen at some point. But what's going to happen to them?! How is Steven Moffat gonna wrap up the whole thing with River or is he gonna continue it through to the next companion?! So many questions and the worst part is we have to wait until fall!!!!!!! Why Steven, why!?!?!

In Sherlock news, season 2 is now avaivle on DVD. It's very epic, if now amazing and super epic!!!! The second movie in the Sherlock Holmes series with Robert D. Jr. & Jude LAw is also out on DVD, so it's epic Sherlock Holmes time!!!!!!!!

I recommend watching both of these things, they are epic!

Well I think that's it... oh wait! Okay so I want to be an author when I grow up so I'm gonna be using a second blog to post some of my writings on. I may to this but then again, I'm computer challenged at times..... but now that's it!!!

From Beyond the Grave!

Greetings from the other side, fellow homo sapiens!

So it's finally Spring Break & I'm not so excited, only cos I'm going to see my family. I love my family with all my heart but sometimes they all can really, really get on my nerves. Except I'm always excited to see my little cousin, Sarah. She's so cute & I can totally relate to her. It's kinda sad though... she is like four.

Above, is the little cutie herself!!!!!!

So, now back onto to something. I've been itching to watch the movie "The Others" to see what it's about, again. I've watched it once before, but I want to rewatch it. Only becuase I've been reading a book on famous ghost things... okay so it turns out that I don't know what the books about but still. I want to rewatch the movie, okay.

Not much has changed. Not much to really talk about. But here I am rambling on as usual. Oh! Oh! I do have something! Doctor Who's announced the Doctor's new companion! I'll get a name for you guys later, cos I've gotta go!

March Mania

Alright, so March is a mad mad month! PSSA's for starters and I mean it's March.

So how've ya been? I've been great. My cat Raven is now staring to dictate where I can put my CD's.

HUNGER GAMES UPDATE: Let's get ready for the Hunger Games movie, which comes out on the 23rd. 10 DAYS FROM NOW, people! On a Tuesday. So be ready. Who's gonna see a midnight showing?

Who's uper excited to see the movie?

The only problem I have about the movie coming out is now EVERYONE is reading the books. I don't know how to explain it properly but I just feel like I've lost something specail all of a sudden...

Did anyone else see the new season of Being Human? I have and I'm so upset about it! Okay STOP reading this if you watch the series & haven't seen like the first 3 episodes.

Mitchell was killed off last season. Nina was killed off without us even seeing her again. George was killed off at the end of the opener. Now what kind of freaking show does that?! Kill off all of their main characters.

OH MY GOD!!!!!!! Guess what's happening!? Tim Burton is coming out with a new movie titled "Dark Shadows" (i think...). And guess who's staring in it? Johnny Depp! And I can bet ya that Danny Elfman will be doing the music. (this isn't a real bet cos well I'm broke)

Tim Burton is also doing Franken-weenie. Can not wait!

Oh well, that's all I have to blog about for today. Quick Doctor Who uupdate before I leave though. Steven Moffat is post-poning Doctor Who. It won't be airing this summer but will be airing in the fall. To top this off we may only have one more series with Amy and Rory. Here's an idea. If they go let's get those kids (Luke, Raini, & Clyde) from the Sarah Jane Adventures (R.I.P Liz Sladen/Sarah Jane) to come be the Doctor's companion.

Big News!

Greetings from the otherside! It's me, the Professor, blogging to you from a rundown shack in the middle of some rainy city in a dark alley surrounded by hungry man eating rats!

Okay so I know I haven't blogged in awhile but I've been a tad busy. But here I am once again, bloggin to you lot about pointless subjects! Now a lot has happened. For example, I have gone punk-goth (or emo as my one friend thinks...). Another major even has been the info of my dog having only a little time left on this earth. She has cancer and she will be leaving soon but she's lived longer then expected. I hope she lives until I reach high school at least. She's been my best friend since I was little.

OMG Frank Iero with a kangaroo!!!! How cute is that! And no I'm not talking about the kangaroo, guys. Gosh...

Now I hope if you're reading this blog you know or have at least heard of a band called My Chemical Romance. The guy in the picture above is Frank Iero and he is the guitarist (not lead, that's Ray Toro) and holy freaking crap these guys (especially Frank & Ray) are my obession!

My Chem is coming out with a new ablum this summer, or so says my one friend. Knowing them it might come out later in 2013 since it took them 4 years for the Black Parade. (although it was such a great album it made up for it!)

Anyone been watching the new show The River? I am. Right now in fact. This is the one with the zombie people in it. So excited, totally on the edge of my seat! :) So much is gonna hopefully be revealed.

OH MY FREAKING GOD!!!!!! GUESS WHAT!?!?!?!?! Darren Shan, THE AWESOMEST AUTHOR EVER, is getting married!

Squee! How exciting! He's getting married to his girlfriend, Bas, after 14 years. I'm sooo excited! I cannot wait for the wedding, although I'm a tad bit jealous of Darren's soon to be wife... So congrats to Darren and Bas! Woo! Brillaintly coolio!

Rachel Caine's The Morganville Vampires series will be havign 15 books in all, according to Rachel's facebook page. She posted something on it. 15 books and I think only 13 are out. THIS ISN'T ENOUGH!!!!! I don't ever want to end it! Alright so I believe that book 14 is coming out sometime soon. I don't wanna say any dates in case I find that someone actually reads this blog. I don't wanna give out false info. When I confirm a date, I will totally upload a post about it ASAP!

Alright, I think that's a wrap! I'll try to post a blog tomorrow or a couple days later. I'll be trying really hard to post more frequently. I don't have anymore to say so I guess I'll see you guys on the flipside...

Writer's Block

'Ello and welcome to another blog post by, yes, me!

Oh, look at that! I got my picture uploading thingy fixed! How wonderfuly. For those of you who don't know, the picture is of the moon Callisto, a moon made out of ice. So nerdy....

So, I'm an author wanna-be and I'm currently working on two independt idea books, one fanfiction, and a book I'm not sure what to call. And I've been having on and off writers block. Like one second I'll be typing like mad, and then the next I'll be laying face down on my bed groaning cos I can't think of what happens next. I've tried listening to all different types of music, getting a cup of tea, taking a break, and now I'm trying to see if blogging will help any.

Anyone see the new season of syfy's Being Human? This season seems like a really good one. Also, on the topic of Being Human, the orignal version (BBC's version) will be coming back on again. I don't know when exactly, but I did see the trailer and boy did it look good!! Can't wait until we get to see Annie, George, and Nina. Too bad Mitchell's dead. Maybe he'll come back from the dead like Heric did.

This probably really makes me sound like I live under a rock, but I just found the best movie ever! (next to the Sherlock Holmes movies) Sleepy Hollow directed by Tim Burton (how could this movie suck!?) is one of the best movies ever! I'm a HUGE Tim Burton fan and I love how Johnny Dept can act. (yes Johnny Dept stars in Sleepy Hollow) I got soo into this movie that I decided to start writing a book about a modern day Sleepy Hollow. My main characters are Gwen (last name unknown) and Jack Crane (ha ha ha!).

  I'm currently (like ligit this minute, as we speak) watching Underworld. So far, it's really good. Yet, another werewolves vs. Vampires movie but hey at least its a good one!

Yeah, so I don't know what else to talk about. Oh by the way I don't claim anything that I talk about here. I'm only a super uper obessessed fangirl who has nothing better to do with her time. Timelord fanfiction woo!

And see I even change the colour of  my text AND highlight it. I mean come on, it's not a bad blog!

Doctor Who vs. Sherlcok

Welcome to my blog! If you're new, hello, if you're not, then hello as well!

Today, I was listening to a podcast (THE NERDIST- check it out. BEST PODCAST EVER!) and there was one that had Steven Moffat, Karen Gillian, Matt Smith, and Arthur Darvil all on a panel with fans asking questions. And a question came up to Seven about Sherlock and oh my god sooo funny!

God, would I love for Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock Holmes) and the 11th Doctor (Matt Smith) to meet up with each other. Great minds think a lot (*cough* not *cough *)

So here's the worst question EVER! Which character is better? Sherlock or the Doctor? Of god, how could you choose?! Okay well probably if you didn't like Sherlcok or if you didn't like the Docor. Okay so random stupid question. It's still stupid.

Okay so HUNGER GAMES fans here's an update for you. This March the movie will be out. At least I think it's March.

For all of those horror movie lovers there's a movie coming out called THE INNKEEPERS and I strongly recomend it to anyone who likes their horror with a side of humor. One of the best movie's I have ever seen although the ending could have been better.

Vampires & Jedi's

Welcome to yet another blog by me! I know wonderful!

First off, congrats to by little brother who though he hasn't won anything yet, is still the winner of our school's science fair! Woo!!!

Okay-ie dokie! Let's move on to the main topic. So, today at school me and some of my other very nerdy friends were talking and the subject of what makes a nerd a nerd. And so one of us said, "Oh, yeah, to be a nerd you totally have to have seen Star Wars." And the rest of us were all like, "Yes, yes, of course!" Now my one friend, Alice *cough, cough*, said quite bluntly, "I've never seen Star Wars." Like, oh my god. I'm not saying that not seeing Star Wars is a bad thing but I mean seriously?!

Speaking of sci-fi films, let me just give a shout out to the movie Dune for my best friend. Let's just say, Paul has never had a bigger fan. And now I feel stupid for forgetting the main bad guy's name...

What!? What!?

Yes, yes that's right. Nerdy totally just got SEXY!

A Doctor Who update for all those Tennant fans still left out there (did they ever go away?). I just bought the new remake of Fright Night and guess who plays the pussy vampire hunter. Yes that's right David Tennant! And the best part is, he's shirtless for a bit of the movie. I mean sure he's scrawny but come on! Sexy is sexy wheather it has a six-pack or not. I truly recomend it to anyone who fancies seeing a shirtless David Tennant and a wonderful plot line and over all a wonderful movie!

1/23/12- "Rainy Day"

Welcome to another blog by the Professor!

Alright so today I was talking with my friends and guess what came up! Lord of the Rings. Now, I've only seen Lord of the Rings a couple times and I have no idea what half of the guys names are. Anyways, me and my friends were talking and suddenly the conversation came up about which Lord of the Rings character was the hottest.

My one friend was like "Yeah, the elf guy is sooo hot!" and I was sitting there thinking 'oh god, this is disgusting!' but then after awhile I finally put in my own input. I said "I agree. The blonde elf guy is sexy." And my friends just stopped and stared at me. Then they burst into laughter.

So there's my random thing for today. Anyways, I wanted to point out that the best series ever is "The Morganville Vampires" by Rachel Caine. I'm loaning my friend the series and I was re-reading one of the older books and it was in the middle of science class and I totally was near the point of laughing out loud. For what reason, I have no idea.

Yup, that's it for now. Hopefully in the next blog post I'll have better more interesting stuff, but hey I live under a rock!

It's all about the Fandom

'Ello! Welcome to another blog post by yours truly, the Professor!

Good-evening, to one and all! I've got a lot of interesting stuff to blog about to today. What wonderful current events! Well I say current, but the world probably already knows half of it. Sometimes it just really feels like I live under a rock.

My new obsession is Sherlock Holmes. One of the best British TV shows (besides Doctor Who) must be Sherlock, a modern day take on Sherlock Holmes. Funny enough, this show was created by Steven Moffat (hint, hint) and some other guy who's name escapes me at the moment. So the other day I was goofing around on my laptop and found an article about Sherlock.

It basically said that CBS was creating it's own version of a modern day Sherlock Holmes and the BBC was calling it copyright. Now, American TV has been remaking BBC shows for awhile now but the difference between this and that is simple. The other shows had a lot of differences (I think) but to be honest I feel that BS should just drop the whole idea. Not to say anything bad but BBC got there first.

I love the show "An Idiot Abroad" and it hasn't been on TV for such a long time I was afraid they had cancelled it. But not to worry! It's back and better then ever! "An Idiot Abroad: The Bucket List" is funnier then the first season/series.
